  • Greetings from CEO

    Byucksan, leading the
    construction cultural development.
We send our great gratitude to you.

Byucksan Corporation has led the development of
our construction culture as a building and construction materials
manufacturer and distributor for half a century.
Byucksan Corporation was founded as Tongyang Moolsan in 1951,
and has been a comprehensive building materials company representing
the Korean construction materials industry for the past 60 years.

    Many customers think Byucksan Corporation
has an old and rigid corporate culture due to the long history
of our company and the reputation as a building materials company.
However, we have been striving to break away from the limitations
of manufacturing enterprise culture by building practical organizational
culture, openness, and flexibility, and as part of that, we have implemented the
"Wearing Shorts in Summer" system since 2010 to improve our work efficiency.
At the time, it was an unprecedented implementation that no other company could imagine.

Byucksan is also trying to develop current activities focused on "people.” In order to select and educate new employees and develop make them reliable leaders of the company, we implemented our own personnel training system called "Career Development Plan.”

Lastly, Byucksan Corporation returns its added value back to the society where the company is taking root and considers this our major policy. We don't simply donate to non-profit community service organizations in the form of goods, but we join them to get engaged with volunteer work, and developing new programs, and to see how the added value we have created is returned to society.

Byucksan Corporation will continue to be with you as your partner company trusted by customers and partners, a promising company for investors, and a company that everyone dreams to work for.
    Thank you.
