Isopink produced in vacuum extruded
method has low thermal conductivity
among insulating materials as filling
fluorocarbons which has the lowest
thermal conductivity {0.0097W/m•K
(0.0083kcal/mh℃)} from bubble within
fine independent bubble structure.
Isopink, insulation system which does
not break, can be cut freely with
saw/knife, easily attached with gypsum
bond/nil and others and reduce
expenses compared to other insulating
materials during construction, plus,
has advantage of reducing construction
period.
Has characteristic of exhausting itself
when removing flame. However, must
be careful with high temperature during
storage or use as it is not non-flammable
material.
Isopink produced by pure high
molecule material of polystyrene
never corrode or decompose itself,
and has no sanitary issue as fungi
and bugs are unavailable to inhabit.
Isopink with independent bubble
structure has diverse compressive
strength, and available to choose and
use products with appropriate
compressive strength depending on the
application of various buildings.
Use to for special parts i.e. rooftop,
parking lot floor, runway, highway and
cold storage floor with wide various
options to choose from compared to
other materials.
Unlike other insulating materials
produced in Korea, Isopink has fine
continuous independent bubble
structure to not allow moisture or
humidity to penetrate, so has no water
or humidity absorptiveness easily
seen from the previous insulation system.
(As thermal conductivity of water is 0.598W/m•K (0.514kcal/mh℃), if insulation absorbs water, it losses its value as insulation system.)

(1) Pile up inner wall. At this time, bury each Isopink around 40 × 80㎝ by bending in U shape with #16 wire for fixation.
(2) Install Isopink by fixing to already buried fixation wire.
(3) Make sure to have no flexure, and gap in between.
(4) Seal the joint between Isopink with dampproof tape.
(5) Fill the gap with Isopink pieces thoroughly, then seal with tape.
(6) Pile up outer wall by fixing with buried wire.
Bond Method (Complex Insulation Plate)
(1) Laminate Isopink and gypsum board 9.5mm with Isopink Bond 1, and produce laminated panel.
(2) Remove oil stain or dust on the wall to attach panel.
(3) Cut panel to fit to height of wall.
(4) Attach Isopink Bond 2 in 300mm space with diameter of 50mm, thickness of 3~5mm.
(5) Attach panel to make it horizontal. At this time, screw and fix concrete nail to support until Bond is completely hardened.
(6) Finish the joints with gypsum bond.
Exterior Wall Dry Construction Method
(1) While placing wall concrete, bury wire anchor to fix Isopink and finishing panel to outer surface.
(2) Hang Isopink to anchor. At the time, make sure to have no flexure, especially, close adherence of joint between Isopink.
(3) Hang finishing materials i.e. PC panel or marble panel to anchor to fix.
Rooftop Insulation Method
(1) Spread Isopink to stick to slab surface after drying ceiling slab surface.
(2) At this time, make sure not to have gap between Isopink.
(3) Spread humidity resistance tape in gaps.
(4) Spread dampproof layer tightly.
(5) Construct dampproof layer.
(6) Spread topping concrete in a certain thickness.
(7) Process finishing.
