What is CRC Board (Cellulose fiber Reinforced Cement Board)?
CRC Board is noninflammable (Incombustibility Grade 1) construction material produced by mixing cellulose fiber that is the natural pulp, Portland cement, silica and water, and pressurize with 10,000 tons, then have autoclave curing.
Non-asbestos eco-friendly construction material with less length change by temperature deviation, water resistance and non-flammability (Incombustibility Grade 1). - Application
- Humid areas i.e. bathroom, kitchen, basement cutoff collar, partition, exit between houses, house inner wall, non-extended balcony wall, inner wall between houses

- Construction Method of CRC Board

1.바탕벽 정리하기 - 콘크리트 옹벽을 깨끗하게 정리합니다.

2. 본드칠하기 - 바탕벽에 G2 또는 석고본드를 30cm 간격, 소요두께(5mm)의 3배, 직경 50mm로 바릅니다.

3. 단열재 붙이기 - 본드를 바른 후 30분 이내에 단열재(아이소핑크)를 손으로 가볍게 눌러 수평을 맞추어 부착.

4. 본드 칠하기(단열재) - 단열재 위에 G2 또는 석고본드를 30cm 간격, 적당한 두께로 다시 바릅니다.

5. CRC보드 붙이기 - 가볍게 눌러 수평을 맞추어 부착 후 탈락방지를 위해 고정못으로 고정 24시간 정도 양생

6. 마무리작업 - CRC보드 벽체 및 천장이 완성되었습니다, 도배나 페인트, 타일 등으로 마무리 하시면 됩니다.
